  • Drink enough water everyday to keep your body and skin hydrated - I know you hear about this one quite a lot but a lot of people are not practicing it. It remains one of the biggest benefits
  • Cut down on the bad habits - these include smoking, drugs and drinking alcohol. Not only do they mess up your health, they mess up your skin too leaving it looking older and not taken care of.
  • Your diet will contribute to how your great your skin is going to look - The food that you put inside your body will ultimately define how great you look and feel. A healthy diet is essential for great looking skin, because when you nourish your body, so do you nourish your skin.
  • Make sure that you protect your skin from the sun - the bet way to do that is to avoid direct contact with the sun when you can. If you do have to be on the sun, just ensure that you put sunscreen on because the sun is extremely damaging o the skin.
  • Moisturize your skin - For a great looking and healthy skin, you need to ensure that you moisturize it, both internally and externally.
